How to: Add a note to an appointment.
Solution:
Place the cursor on the desired appointment in the schedule. Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Edit Item...'. Select the 'Notes' tab and type the note in the space provided.
1) Select the 'Daily' or 'Weekly' tab.
2) Place the cursor on the desired appointment in the schedule.
3) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Edit Item...'. (The Appointment dialog box appears.)
4) Select the 'Notes' tab.
Add a note
5) Type the note in the space provided.
EXAMPLE: This appointment is important.
NOTE: Notes can be viewed only in the 'Appointment' dialog box or when sending an appointment request on a network mail system.
6) Click 'OK'.
